    Helmet arrived as described, but didn't arrive until nearly 3 weeks after payment made. There was no communication from the seller except when I reached out to request a tracking number after not hearing anything for almost 1 ½ weeks after I made payment. In total, it took almost 3 weeks for the helmet to finally arrive.

    We apologize for the delay with your order however tracking shows it was shipped on time 6/26 and delayed by UPS but delivered on 7/3. This is definitely not three weeks but a bit over a week.
