  Item arrived well-packed (wrapped in bubble-wrap) but nevertheless with a large crack in the frame that hadn't been present in the pictures (I assume damaged in transit despite the packaging). However, the seller responded very promptly to our photographic evidence of the damage, and refunded us. It would have been great to have the item undamaged, but I'm happy with how the seller acted in the circumstances.

  Very well packaged and protected. As described, the motor and filter are great the battery and charger not so great but that didn’t come as a surprise given the item description. Prompt dispatch and delivery. Fair value.

  Quick delivery,as described definitely would use again in the future. Good value too. Could maybe be better packaged for future reference though. All in all a simple enough transaction.

  Item was sold as described. Postage was quick and delivered before the date expected. The controller was sent in the original packaging but there wasn’t any extra. Controller was delivered undamaged. Great price!
