  Fantastic ebayer - when I realised headphones had not arrived - they helped me establish that they had been delivered and probably accidentally disposed of - as the package was small and delivery was to the back garden. Sent a new set anyway - which was really appreciated.

  An excellent purchasing experience throughout, with the added benefit of there being no charge for postage either. The "job lot" of power leads were very competitively priced & once I'd completed my payment for them, the parcel was promptly dispatched soon afterwards & hence it arrived well within the estimated timescale. Upon taking delivery, I found everything to be securely packaged up & that quite a few of the leads had clearly never been used, so I'm one very satisfied customer accordingly!

  Item arrived well-packed (wrapped in bubble-wrap) but nevertheless with a large crack in the frame that hadn't been present in the pictures (I assume damaged in transit despite the packaging). However, the seller responded very promptly to our photographic evidence of the damage, and refunded us. It would have been great to have the item undamaged, but I'm happy with how the seller acted in the circumstances.

  Very well packaged and protected. As described, the motor and filter are great the battery and charger not so great but that didn’t come as a surprise given the item description. Prompt dispatch and delivery. Fair value.
