  I bought 2 of these UPS's. When I received them, 1 ran perfect, but the other the batteries were only showing 6v ( supposed to be 12v). I contacted the seller and they gave sent me a shipping label and I sent it back. Less than a week after I initially received them, I had the second one back and it is working perfectly. Seller was very responsive and resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Will be doing business with them again. A+ on customer service.

  Quick shipping by UPS. Well packaged. Appearance of good quality. Good condition upon arrival. I bought refurbished unit from this seller based on his positive buyers score. The value was very good compared to new unit. I just installed the unit yesterday. My previous Cyber Power unit performed well for many years so my expectations are that this unit will perform acceptably. This unit came with a two-year warranty from Square Trade, an Allstate company, which is an added value.
