  The seller was professional and timely with all replies. While the microphone sent to me by seller was not in the mailbox as indicated, the seller swiftly refunded me. I really feel horrible for seller as it’s not his fault the mail was lost or delivered to someone else in error. He was very very nice about the situation. I strongly recommend the seller.

  The first one came with a bad rca jack. The seller immediately responded and the same day he shipped me another one and he ate the shipping. Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I only have two thumbs,so I give the seller two thumbs up.
