    Blank DVDs arrived damaged. Most discs are fine, but some were completely scratched & unusable. Immediately tossed them in the trash. The spindle was shattered. Sharp broken pieces went all over my floor when I opened the bag. That’s right, they were shipped in a bag envelope. Should’ve been shipped in a box. I also informed seller that he sent DVD+R & not DVD-R. There is a significant difference. His response was “I shipped what was in the picture”. Ok, but that’s not what was listed.

    I try my best to package items to prevent items from being damaged however nothing is 100% and items do get damaged occasionally. Item I did ship was authentic to what I posted. I offered a full no hassle refund upon return of item. Buyer refused to return the item for a refund and advised me they were going to leave me a bad review instead of returning the item.
