    I ordered and paid for 3 bags of slippery elm bark and instead I only received 2 bags. When I contacted the vendor he claimed that he sent me an email (which I never received) and that he refunded me for the 1 missing bag, but I DID NOT receive any refunds on my credit card, so I LOST the money I paid for one of the items I ordered. When I brought this up with the vendor, he refused to take any responsibility and just told me to figure it out with eBay. This is awful customer service. Stay away.
