    Absolutely worst possible sale - Never sent the item and would not respond to any emails. Needed eBay to step in and solve it - they did perfectly. I shop a lot on eBay and leave tons of reviews. 98% of mine are reviewed positively. Never have I had an experience as negative as this one. Don’t waste your time with this company.

    I purchased my item on April 27, 2025 and it is now June 2, 2025 and never received it . I tried contacting the seller and did not receive a response. Now I demand a refund . Will not buy from this seller ever . Very poor experience

    This seller has products no longer available in the UK. You have to wait a little while for delivery, but it is worth it to get the product that you want.

    Seller originally did not ship the item or communicate why, so ebay refunded the order. The seller reached out last week to let me know that they had received more of the lasers and could ship out same day if I reordered, which I did and they shipped the item right away. Seller should not have listings for items out of stock and should improve communication.
