  The quality of my plaque is amazing,it is in absolute perfect condition,it is definitely great value for the price.It is perfect just what I ordered,it is even better looking at it for real.Sorry I am late leaving this review,but I had a piece missing and did not want to leave a review until I received the missing piece.Once I contacted the seller,they were very apologetic and sent the missing piece straight out,which was brilliant.I will certainly use this seller again.

  Very unhappy no order received and was due to have a memorial last week. Seller promised to send again and nothing arrived. Tracking invalid. Hard to get hold of now waiting days with no reply. For dealing with customers that are grieving I would have thought a bit of sensitivity would come naturally.

  Incredible service. The plague for my Dad's grave included some Arabic writing, was provided with a sample that was exactly what we asked for. The finished item came out better than expected and was produced and delivered quickly. Thanks v much.
