  Seller mistakenly sent half my order - luckily I had ordered, recieved and noticed before my sons birthday so could get this rectified. Would be cautious about ordering again from seller due to this - however they did send the rest of the order I had paid for very quickly and first class. The item itself was as described and no issues with the personalisation. Thank You

  I'm sorry you feel his way, we apologised for our mistake. We sent the rest of the order Royal Mail 1st Class immediately once we were told there wer items missing and the items were still received in plenty of time for the party. We are only human and mistakes happen very rarely.

  I cannot praise this seller enough. I contacted them to ask if I could have ‘happy birthday’ added to some of the flags. They replied quickly and said that it would not be a problem. My order arrived on time and packaged well. I was more than pleased with the bunting. The quality is excellent and exactly as described. I would recommend this seller 100%.
