    A really lovely item from a seller that couldn't have been more helpful. Very prompt delivery and kept informed throughout the transaction. It was extremely well packed, which is just as well as Evri did not deal with the package at all carefully, despite it being marked fragile. I'm more than happy to buy again from this excellent seller

    Seller mistakenly sent half my order - luckily I had ordered, recieved and noticed before my sons birthday so could get this rectified. Would be cautious about ordering again from seller due to this - however they did send the rest of the order I had paid for very quickly and first class. The item itself was as described and no issues with the personalisation. Thank You

    I'm sorry you feel his way, we apologised for our mistake. We sent the rest of the order Royal Mail 1st Class immediately once we were told there wer items missing and the items were still received in plenty of time for the party. We are only human and mistakes happen very rarely.
