  Easy to communicate with. Super fast delivery. Packed exceptionally well. I've been looking for this type of lock for years, and ran across this seller and was excited to purchase the locks. Will do business again with this seller. I had an issue with one of the locks, and the seller was gracious to offer a credit for the lock that didn't work. I was not expecting this level of customer service.

  Excellent! A++ Seller was prompt on delivery, well packaged, item exactly as described and also a lovely thank you note. I really loved this! Great communication when I thought something was off but it wasn’t. You could tell that this person is thorough, thoughtful, and very kind in the way that they handle their customers. I would 100% recommend.
