The item you have advertised is not what you sent. I either want the item advertised or a refund. It’s a simple conversation and I can’t get a straight answer. I’m being given the run around. My next conversation is with my bank and then EBay. I feel like this is a scam. Do not purchase from this seller.

    Kettle arrived quickly. We actually got the white version by mistake the first time, but the seller was extremely responsive and helped us return that one and get the correct color. It only added ~4 business days to the whole transaction. Once we got the right color, it works exactly as described and is in great condition. Given that it was half the price of a new version of the same product, I would definitely buy from this seller again!
