  THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST HONEST SELLER ON EBAY. UPS LOST THIS BOX (4TH ONE OF MINE THIS YEAR) AND WAS HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH. I PUT IN A CLAIM BUT UPS SAID THEY WOULD ONLY PAY THE SHIPPER, NOT ME, THE INTENDED RECEIVER. AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS AND HOURS SPENT TRYING TO TALK TO SOMEONE AT UPS, THE SELLER WAS FINALLY REIMBURSED BY UPS AND IN TURN REIMBURSED ME FOR UPS'S ERROR. TRACKING SHOWS ITEM WAS DELIVERED BUT IN ALL ACTUALITY, UPS MIS-DELIVERED THIS BOX ELSEWHERE. THANK YOU TONY VERY MUCH!
