    Seller was extremely helpful. There was a minor hiccup with the laptop I received but the seller was excellent in resolving the issue prompt and timely. The condition of the laptop was as described in the listing. Seller shipped quickly and I received it much sooner than I anticipated. The value of the refurbished device was excellent and the appearance is in line with an ebay Refurbished device with "very good" quality.
