  The items were very carefully packaged and protected, were brand new and exactly as described, the only problem was that I wanted the items delivered to the UK. I changed my details to a UK address multiple times and it continued to revert to the Irish address. I even logged a call with your support service asking how this could be done but received no reply. I didnt want to lose the items therefore I paid almost twice the cost with extra delivery charges and import costs. This was very annoying

  Postage was free. Packing was impeccable. The value was incredible, the only observation is that the item was described as having no damage, however one of the cups was visibly cracked with a chip on the inside. The crack was dark and there was no loose china in the cup leading me to believe that this was not caused in transit. As previously mentioned, it was packaged perfectly, not saying it couldn't have happened during delivery but the inference reads otherwise. I am very happy overall though

  Fantastic seller, kept me up to date every step, the teapot is in excellent condition, exactly as described. It was very carefully packaged, both the teapot and the postage were excellent value. I am so thrilled with it, the missing piece for my grandmother’s Surrey tea set that I inherited a while ago.
