In reality the item I purchased was never shipped for 3 weeks without any update from the seller. Had to open "item not received" case. Please consider a better customer service. I totally understand being out of stock and forgetting ti update the listing quantity. But this must be communicated to the buyer so he can order their products from another vendor. Thank you
