However, was a bit disappointed when I received the part and it had a price tag of $9.99 on it. It was listed as a "Make offer" listing with a $15.00 asking price. My first offer was $10.00 and was refused. So, I offered $12.00 and that bid was accepted + tax and $12.99 shipping. Kind of ticks me off that CSE's price on it is $9.99. I feel I should have gotten it for my $10.00 bid!!!!!

Value however keeps me from recommending simply because shipping cost is ridiculously expensive, and even though there was an “make an offer” option ,don’t waste your time. They promptly refused so why offer? Likely a true shipping cost of $5-6, but charged more than twice the amount.
