  The pictures were not how they looked when I received them. The ones I received were yellow/neon-green-unnatural hue unlike genuine citrine. On the picture they look a smokey light brownish. I was a first time purchaser on ebay so I was ignorant enough to not know I had the right to deny the partial refund and continue to request the seller pay for shipping back, no one wants to buy this so I lost the rest of my money. i received a second empty package too a week later
