    I am excited to add this Father Christmas to my collection. The seller did an outstanding job of packing it and it arrived without any damage. The description was accurate and communication with the seller was excellent. I would recommend this seller. There was quite a delay in receiving the ornament; however, this was not the seller's fault. I ordered it on November 30th and did not receive it until December 15th. The USPS is so unreliable these days.

    Package came undamaged, and as shown in listing pictures. All DVD's appear accounted for and undamaged. I had asked for it to be delivered under the carport, and while the carrier did not uphold this, it was noted on the shipping label to do so. The package arrived before its expected delivery date, and in total took 7 days from purchase date. Thank you for delivering on service, speed, and accurate description of any defects of the product. ♥♥

    Shipped quickly and although some of them weren't in "like new" condition case-wise even though they were sealed and a different unsealed season was missing an insert the discs did all play as they should without issue. Seller was also very pleasant communication-wise when I reached out to them regarding the issues upon receiving the items, so do appreciate that a great deal as well.
