  My original order got lost in transit, it was the height of the initial tariff fiasco. The seller checked and determined it was lost. They offered either money back or substitute items. I like surprises so chose substitutes. The 2 rocks arrived today and are as good or better than what I ordered. The seller went above and beyond to make things right. Great communication, great service, no issues. I already purchased more items from crystal-kate668. They were great too.

  I am always very blunt and straightforward with my feedback. I cannot impress upon you how skeptical I was at this purchase. I have never been proven more wrong. This item was not just exactly as they described and shown it truly was better the value in the market I live is unbelievable. The packaging was perfect and the item was safe. The shipping was wonderful. We bought two separate items from them and I will be copying and pasting this for the other item they are that good.
