  Positive- Customer service did answer my question prior to purchasing. Negative- Packaged in a bubble mailer! Spheres were banged around during shipping. Little stands were are cracked up and one sphere had a white drop crack on it. These should have been shipped in a box for protection. Otherwise they were nice crystal Spheres.
