  What fast dispatch and delivery service with Royal Mail. Much superior to Evri that most sellers use, I'm afraid to say. Super well packed and marked fragile so my two cut crystal champagne flutes arrived in perfect condition. Very happy, reasonable price and postage charge, as described and great communication between seller and buyer. I would definitely buy from this seller and recommend to others.

  The seller perfectly described the item...I had some lingering concerns it might have been a similar format in the Waterford John Rocha collection, but items were exactly what I wanted. The seller meticulously wrapped the item so it would arrive in perfect condition. Seller was responsive to a minor request on shipping that was very much appreciated. Have been looking for these exquisite items for over 10 yrs. My only grumble is that the seller only had 2 to sell...;)

  Excellent service. Sometimes things go wrong. When they do you find out whether the seller is helpful or not. In my case when the incorrect item was delivered by mistake, the seller allowed me to keep the item and reduced the price of the the correct item. All done very promptly and efficiently. Well done!

  The glasses arrived extremely promptly. They were very carefully packed and were in immaculate, new condition. The price was competitive for Edinburgh Crystal complete with labels. I strongly recommend this seller.
