  AMAZING VENDOR !!!!! I ordered a product from Cruze Japan having forgotten that I was going to be away from home for an extended period of time. I contacted CJ about my problem and they said they would get me the item before I left my home. MY delivery traveled all over the world including from Honolulu to Memphis to Tucson but arrived well packaged the day of our departure. I have added Cruze Japan to my favorite Ebay list.

  Happy with Calico Critters and packaging. Item arrived late/after expected delivery date and seller did not answer my email requesting shipping status. Adding, package did "transit" quickly once seller shipped it.

  Item was packaged well in a way that supported the item’s form; the item was not creased or bent during the shipping process. It arrived in a timely manner. I appreciate how the seller was very responsive as they usually responded within 12 hours. The item was worth the price. I recommend the seller and would purchase from them again.

  Overall experience was GREAT with Cruze Japan. Great price on the item I was looking for, best price on the market. Excellent communication. Expedite shipping from Japan to Puerto Rico (Caribbean Islands). The packaging was perfect with a very nice Origami as a gift. Item received in great conditions as described. 10/10 seller.
