The plant pots are advertised as pots with saucers, both in the tiltle, description an on the photos. The pots I received did not have saucers. I tried to contact the seller and sent 3 messages to solve this. 3 Weeks later and I have had no reply. This is not only misleading advertising, but also non-existing customer service. I paid over £3.00 per plastic pot which are now useless to me.

This time though, I ordered four pots. Two arrived as expected and then I got a third, in the wrong size and colour. No fourth pot. I have contacted the seller twice to try to rectify this but have had no response. The pots are lovely but I wouldn’t buy from here again because I have paid for something I didn’t receive

Received wrong size tray for pot, messaged seller twice asking for correct item and received no answer, messaged again saying I would contact ebay, this time I received a reply saying he would send correct item, nothing received. Messaged seller again twice and received no answer, contacted ebay who got me a refund and a message from the seller saying he would send the correct item. Still not received the correct item after another 2 weeks.
