  When I first received the item, the shipping company had shattered the hatch. I reached out to the seller and let him know. Lucky for me, the seller called me and had amazing communication with me from start to finish. He told me that they would ship another hatch to me, no strings attached, and that he was sorry about the situation. New package finally got here with extra packaging and hatch is in great shape, and exactly as described. Great value and customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

  Great pricing, very knowledgeable with jeeps, so you know it will be the right part if you ask questions. Was packaged and shipped next day. Part came as pictured and was cheaper and more put together then I could source locally. Would definitely recommend seller if you need jeep parts.

  Product arrive very quickly and was pack very well to ensure no damage happened. I made a mistake with shipping address but seller changed it very quickly and was very easy to contact. Definitely saving store and will look to purchase from again.

  Seat came as stated. Seat back release latch came bent a little. I managed to get it straightened without to much trouble. Packaging was not adequate to protect it from the rough handling things get when they're being shipped. Luckily nothing to serious.
