  Item as described and promptly shipped. Through no fault of the seller, the USPS sent the roll from Mooresville, NC to Phillipsburg, NJ, to Gastonia, NC, to Raleigh, NC and then finally to Greensboro, NC before arriving at my local Post office 15 minutes from Greensboro. No wonder the postal service is always raising rates with this kind of shipping inefficiency.
