  Item (small figurine) arrived in excellent condition, very well wrapped, exactly as described. THANK!! Shipping COSTS were okay, but it arrived several days later than the SHIPPER promised, which of course was not the fault of the SELLER. I hope to buy from this seller again.

  I have been very glad to Missress Sadie that has been very collaborative, BUT the parcel, shipped on 8 april from Texas, has arrived circa on 19 april in Europe... BUT the SWISS SHIPPING COMPANY ASENDIA, have passed circa ONE MONTH before th parcel would be Processed for custom clearance in Milam, Italy.. If I will buy some other JJD set , PLEASE change the European company, every will be good but DO NOT USE AGAIN ASENDIA.. PLEASE vittorio

  Items that are shipped internationally through eBay are sent via whichever courier eBay selects (depending on the country). We unfortunately do not know and have no control over which couriers they use. We can of course send either through the postal service or other couriers; however, these other methods are usually significantly more expensive to ship, so we use this method to keep the customers costs down. If you would like us to use a different courier in the future we are happy to do that.
