    Delivery was late but I don't think this was seller's fault as Royal Mail apparently had it in good time for predicted delivery date. When it arrived (3 days late) it was well-packed, as described and nicely presented.

    Don’t bother with this company. Absolutely terrible. Ordered two acrylic bud box’s. When they arrived they were in a plastic bag not in a box, hence to say they were smashed. Contacted the seller and heard nothing. eBay said they would stop in if I hadn’t heard from the seller. I had absolutely no contact or an apology and by the last day to make a complaint a refund came through. Get it from amazon, packed correctly, delivered the next day and cheaper.

    100% positive was a little issue but once I contacted seller the matter was resolved in less than 24 hours their customer service is fantastic and I will be happy to buy from them again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
