  Item arrived completely shattered. No padding or protection in the box—just thrown in carelessly. Very poor packaging. Mug was in pieces and went straight in the bin. Not as described. Buyers beware!

  You are the only person TO CLAIM they had a problem with shipping..... Show me some detailed pictures of those broken pieces if you are really honest...... Let me see them so I can truly see it's really broken.... Otherwise I do not believe you....
