    Shipping was FAST! I cannot comment enough on the expert shipping. The packaging of each cup of the 17 was amazing. In all my years on Ebay, I have never viewed a more thorough packing.     Item arrived earlier than expected. Exactly as described. No glasses were broken due excellent protective packaging. Seller was very responsive and communicative. There was a shipping problem (post office's fault due inclement weather, not seller's fault) and seller rectified the problem immediately. Highly recommend this seller!

    Mint condition boxed Heidi Ott. (One would think the artist would post the dolls' NAME on the tag at least-if I made it, I would want folks to know!) Seller is wonderful and packed for the dolls to go to Siberia -REALLY well packed! Great transaction
