  Very well protected packaging. Nothing damaged. Good value for the money. Delivered promptly and I was advised of delivery. Next time though I will get any products delivered to my door as I am mobility challenged at present and can't get to mailbox easily. My fault I should have specified this. Overall very happy and would recommend buying from this seller based on my experience 🌟

  I didn't receive my item; item was lost in transit with Aus Post, so this is not the fault of the seller at all. But I still give them a positive review because of their handling of the situation. Communication was fast and excellent, and ultimately a refund was issued. I should also point out that I have previously bought from this seller and that time was excellent; wasn't lucky again this time, but not the seller's fault at all. Thank you for your assistance.

  Received working battery with acceptable capacity - even though it was under advertised capacity - but they did partially refund me, so that was fine. I'm sure they've learnt to actually check the marked capacity of the batteries before sending, rather than just looking at the purchase order (and not check if the supplier has supplied the ordered capacity), thus is probably now a good seller to purchase batteries from.

  Absolutely an amazing seller, I had some problems with the delivery company soon as I reached out to the seller without hesitation he helped me to retrieve my order what was marked as delivered and was not.(couriers fault) I highly recommend this seller. I COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE 5 STARS TO YOU SELLER.

  The quality was great and good condition but I may have ordered the wrong product then Victor arranged a refund for me, and as soon as the post office scanned the parcel my phone had a message I later looked at the message and there was my refund, now what other company does refunds that quickly, non that I know of unfortunately the company did not have my vehicle dash mat in stock, also i have to mention the item was great value thanks Victor
