We had/still have issue's with USPS updating the tracking which motivated me to call the seller. He assured me it went out promptly and to call him if nothing changes. Next day it arrived. Seller done their best to work with me. I ended up purchasing the same JL Inovative kit through Amazon. Kit from Amazon was properly wrapped and shipped inside a carboard box. I had the kit from ordering on Amazon within 3 days of purchase.
