    I've returned to this seller several times and am never disappointed. Exactly as pictured and described. Multiple angle views and size shown by tape measure in photo. Usual friendly communication along with willingness to adjust the price. Decent shipping costs, which were adjusted, because of my two listing purchase. Packaged well and mailed promptly.

    Item came in very good condition and as described. Packaging with plenty of packaging paper was great to protect items. Shipping speed as expected for USPS Ground Advantage. Communication response time when I had questions about combining shipping was excellent. Seller combined shipping for me for multiple items. Great value.

    Dept 56 Accents O'Neil's Pub arrived today December 7th. Item was boxed and packaged well for shipping. Seller described the village piece missing the battery case in the back. I use LED lighting base so I don't have to plug in wires. I found that he communicated well this fact. This is a hard to find village building and the seller priced it well. Thank you seller 5***!
