  good items which seem to deter rodents, good value and good comunication from the seller, however I ordered a pack of 8 and only received six. asked seller for the other two and after a couple of emails they advised they had run out of stock and gave me a credit immidiately , so all good. thank you.

  I purchased this personalised cake topper for a 70th birthday party but unfortunately there was an issue with the delivery. However, the company did offer a replacement but as I d since purchased something local I declined their offer. They apologised for the mix up, processed a full refund very quickly and also kindly sent me another personalised topper for a different event free of charge! They acted promptly to resolve the issue. Customer satisfaction is obviously very important to them.

  After initially receiving a faulty unit (just one of those things unfortunately), the seller wasted no time in sending out a replacement after receiving the faulty unit back. Communication between us was excellent and I'm a very happy customer. A credit to Ebay A+++
