    Item arrived in safe packaging and undamaged. They are a great addition and are truly antique. Seller also issued me the shipping difference as well since I originally paid more in shipping than what it ultimately cost to ship. Would shop with them again.

    Item was exactly as described and was packed well to avoid damage during shipping. It arrived in the listed delivery dates window. I thought the seller forgot the order after 7 days with no updates/communication, but on day 8 ebay said the order shipped, and it arrived on time.

    Shipping took forever. Upon receipt, the quantity was incorrect. I received (4) instead of the (10) ordered. Found that the items were not correctly described. The items are NOT antique or vintage as described in the listing. The tags hanging on drawer pulls say "Hobby Lobby". Refunded (6) after a month. The seller has nice items on her store and I may have purchased more. But, this is just NOT an honest Seller has many excuses. Buyer Beware. Check out other negative feedback. I should have. :(

    Ordered two hooks. Seller sent one. Keeps stringing me along telling me another one was sent. Tracking issued (see pic) and USPS has still not received item 5 days later. Unreal! Requested refund…not holding my breath DO NOT waste your time with this seller. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written and THAT says something.

    Item took too long to ship, incorrect quantity and item was sent. Notified seller, said I would be refunded within 24 hours. Still no refund or communication 10 days later.
