  The items was lost in transit and the seller was only to happy to replace. Seller offered to send a replacement and offered advice to help until we received replacement controller. Sadly I couldn’t wait for replacement so seller refunded original order. Refund was received quickly. I would recommend this seller.

  Excellent buy, exactly as advertised at a great price and I would use this seller first every time. Included in the package was a note offering direct help online, or by phone if there were any problems with the item and setting up. It also had note to explain how to pair the remote control to my sky Q box. Great customer service so very impressed, that's why I have taken the time to write this. Thank you Craig.
