  The seller boxed my heavy electric typewriter expertly and it arrived on schedule and undamaged. For the cost, it was a steal. The item arrived as described except the typewriter ribbon was dry. The seller gave me a small credit to compensate so I could purchase a new ribbon. I’m completely happy with my purchase!

  Although this item did not work when it arrived. I notified the seller and they answered it quickly and refunded my payment and shipping. I am sorry the remote wasn't working but I appreciate the attitude that they had with it not working. I would make a purchase from this seller again for the way this whole transaction was handled. The shipping was quick, the package securely wrapped, The response to my question was answered promptly. I was very pleases other than the item did not work.
