This seller is great. I had 2 broken plates, out of the 10 I purchased, when I opened my box. They weren't broken because of her packing either, she did amazing. The box was very beat up when it arrived via UPS. Totally the way UPS handled the box. She was quick to respond and even gave me a reimbursement herself since going through Ebay was so confusing. I highly recommend buying from this seller.
