  One of the two puzzle books had already been started, in pencil. The seller replied to my message very quickly, very politely. She apologised and I was refunded for the book within 24 hours. I was very happy with the customer service and would highly recommend this seller. I have used them before with no problems. Books are well wrapped, good value for money and good condition, arriving quickly.

  Order arrived on time, but was not the book I ordered (same series, different title/colour). I advised seller and requested the correct item be sent but seller apologised and said that they no longer had the correct book in stock so sent a full refund instead. I'm happy with this resolution and have now ordered the correct book from elsewhere (albeit at a 12p increase! :-) ) The Cotswold Library are generally very reliable and say they'll investigate what went wrong, but I'm happy. Thanks :-)
