Item came as described but I wish it wasn't broken. It was packaged nicely with a lot of bubble wrap but the keychain itself is broken in the case. I can fix it with pliers but I would have wished it wasn't broken. Knocked off a star on item condition because now I doubt if it is new.

I sincerely apologize for what you experienced. I understand how disappointed you must be. It appears that there was a serious defect in the product. It's an old item that has been stored for at least 3 years. But, never thought the chain could be broken so easily while in the delivery. After thinking about the solution many times, I decided to remove all the listings of that brand items to prevent further unpleasant incidents like this. Once again, I offer my sincere apologies.

This is the first transformer that my grandson received that he was able to put together his self. He was so excited .
