    Even though I requested the cancellation, you sneaky sneaky person. I didn't want the product because my wife wanted something else. But I love the way you jumped on it. You wanted to make this sale. It is rare that I get a package mailed to me in less than 48 hours after putting in the order and it shows no tracking number. Just that it's been paid for and then the thing was on my door 2 Days later. Horrible communicator. Great product. High quality value but it's just not what my wife wanted

    Received my product , wrapped in a cover box , which hid the contents from porch pirates. I am happy with the purchase and it is as as advertised. The price was outstanding for all that was inside , everything was wrapped very well and in new condition. I was worried the products would be terrible because the price was so low, but everything is new and works. All the cameras work and are able to be added to another companies nvr with no issues. Communication on shipping could be tiny bit better.

    After buying 1000+ items off eBay over the years it has become very clear to clarify issues between seller and manufacturer. Seller gets an A+ for fast shipping and communication. The product however I'll remain nice because of communication and they sent a replacement (that was DOA) and simply say you get what you pay for.
