  I received my item in very good condition, it was packaged to ensure my item arrived intact. The seller communicated with me on shipping, as I wanted to make sure it arrived prior to my daughter's birthday. It arrived very quickly and was exactly as expected!   A+! Ordered in the evening and was shipped out the next morning. Item arrived just as described--everything was in great condition--box, card, sealed bag. Authenticated from the QR code on the plushie. Item is a Secret so pricey, but the best on the market. Would order from seller again!

  I just want to say that this is the first seller that is 100% honest and sell and delivers what she advertises!! I have been so fake products from previous sellers on eBay so I was super skeptical of purchasing Labubu’s. So I messaged her and she confirmed that her products were 100% guaranteed authentic and I am so happy that they showed up and they were!   Fantastic experience with seller... I ordered a 2xl, but when I received the shirt, it said 2xl but was very tight. The seller was very responsive, very sympathetic, and offered me a bigger size to make it right. Seller then proceeded to send me the bigger shirt FREE OF CHARGE. Quite possibly the coolest seller I've interacted with on eBay. If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you!!!

  First time buyer for my Hirono collection. Bought 3 figures based on positive reviews of package delivery and as described items. I just received my 3 figures and they are as promised: open box but pouch intact as they can see what the figure is by the Character card enclosed. All figures came undamaged and really quick. No disappointments and no bad behavior. Will save this seller for more buys. Thank you!
