    Seller went above and beyond regarding shipping. Packaging was abundant and upon receipt item was exactly as described, and definitely represented a good value. Unfortunately, likely in handling during shipping, there was some damage to the door, but I believe I can address that. Considering the great care the seller went to assure the item was protected, sometimes things still happen.

    The items shipped as expected and were well packaged. It was all individually packaged inside the box and in great/new condition as described. Unfortunately, it was to small for my upright shark vacuum, so I believe it was intended for a stick vacuum. The seller quickly offered a refund and said no need to return.

    Binoculars arrived in well-packed box and are just as appeared online. This seller accepts returns and I'm SO thrilled about that ...as the binoculars didn't fit well with my glasses! A postage-paid label was sent to me and ta-da! I sent them back. I would purchase from this seller again. Easy to deal with, fast shipping, good value, top notch.

    A+ Seller! Lightning fast shipping and fantastic packaging using foam and miles of bubble wrap (greatly appreciated). Haven’t tested unit as it needs battery. Hopefully it works as advertised.
