  An amazing product that is absolutely worth the money! The product looks as shown and arrived in great condition. I was very surprised at how fast the delivery was considering this was a pre-order. Most of the wait time was spent on the manufacturing process. After that, it was delivered in one week! (Expected delivery was in November, and the package arrived on October 3). Communication was swift and the seller is very friendly. 10/10 would buy again.

  Wonderful service. Great communication. Product is as exactly as shown and described in the listing. Shipping was fast and on time that once delivered had arrived much earlier before the estimated date of delivery and was received carefully packaged and in excellent condition. Seller recommended.   Items came well packaged and looked like the listing. Seller also messaged me an image of the item right before the shipped it along with providing a tracking number and where to track it. It arrived int he time frame they gave me as well. Great Seller.

  Seller was very helpful by communicating with me and gave me tracking number. Seller is recommended, due to how they are very good at what they do. No complaints at all. Seller even cancelled a misplaced order when I was being plain stupid and ended up not entering the right shipping address that would have led to the package at the wrong destination. Overall, good service, recommend doing business with them. No real complaints at all from buying some Arknights merchandise from a limited event.

  Very happy with my purchase!! Came exactly as described, and seller was super nice and had great communication. Unfortunately a bit of the Vox stand did come broken off (and I had to superglue it on), but I can't really blame the seller cuz the packaging was very secure and well-protected. Shipping was quick, but just make sure to pay attention to if the item is pre-order! But even the pre-order I got was shipped out MUCH earlier than the estimated delivery time given to me by the seller 3

  Package shipped quickly, arrived much earlier than expected shipping time (2 weeks vs. 2 months expected). Item is still in original packaging, the box edges and corners are a little dinged but no major damage. Package shipped in bag with bubble wrap. Seller very communicative throughout order process. Would recommend ordering from them.
