  My partner ordered me a Genshin Aranara for my birthday and it just arrived today! I love it!! It’s adorable and arrived in official packaging with lots of bubble wrap to keep it protected during shipping. Seller was very kind and provided us with a tracking number a day after ordering. Delivery was a little over 2 weeks (earlier than the estimated time). We will definitely be ordering from here again, she’s so cute! We’re very happy with the service & quality, thank you!

  Very good , customer service was excellent, seller was very thoughtful and the standee arrived in great condition, good quality, it looks so good and it was worth the money for sure :) the shop has great customer service and very good at coming to compromise and solving issues and although sometimes there is stock issues the seller is open to provide alternative options and has great open communication

  A beautiful little pin! A stunning little card with gorgeous art of Padparadscha was also included. Great quality. Shipping was mostly good. The box it was in fell apart a little, but the the pin was wrapped securely enough in bubble wrap that it wasn't damaged, and it was all contained within a bigger pouch, so no harm done. Good condition still. Seller was courteous, responsive, and talked me through shipping options. DHL shipping was $40, but it was worth it to get it in about a week. Thanks!

  I purchased a plush doll back in November but the doll had been damaged in the warehouse and the seller and I agreed to choose a different product instead. I only followed up months later, worried it was too late. Instead, I was able to replace the doll no worries! It shipped super fast despite the tariff situation and is in perfect condition.   Item arrived pretty quickly within the expected shipping window, very well-packaged and protected with extra bubble wrap. Exactly what was written and exactly what I expected, very reasonable price and shipping were a big plus. If I want any other Arknights stuff from overseas, will definitely be coming back to this seller!
