  Generally a positive experience, though I do feel like the listing could be more transparent by calling the books 'unused' instead of 'new'- they are not 'new and undamaged' as described in the listing. The PHB I received in particular has a pretty banged up corner. This likely did not occur in shipping as the books were well wrapped in the box in bubble wrap. Otherwise, the shipping cost was reasonable, and the books arrived in a reasonable time.
