  While the outer cardboard box was somewhat crushed as clearly shown in the listing photos, the seller stated the jar of cream was perfectly fine and unopened. This is the truth, as I received item yesterday and it's in perfect condition. Who cares about a somewhat crushed outer box? Great price (right now this L'Oreal cream has become hard to find and is getting way overpriced.) Quick shipping. Recommend seller. A++

  Have bought from this seller previously - items are always packaged securely (tops of shampoo and conditioner bottles taped to make sure they do not leak and lots of cushioning in package), plus a couple of samples included. Shipping is quick! And items have always been exactly as described. Since I have purchased from this seller before, I would obviously buy from them again... Oh, and their responses are very quick, too -- so all around GREAT seller!
