    arrived later than expected.-Wrong item sent -It does not have the unifying receiver.-It is not the one shown in the photo on E-bay which is in a green box and shows the Nano receiver with it.-The wrong item sent is in a white box and is the Bluetooth edition.-Therefore I wish to return this item for a refund of £74.99. -Thankyou.

    A+++ ... Item exactly as described. Box fresh. Dispatched within 24hrs. Unfortunately Royal Mail took 2 weeks to deliver but that's not the fault of supplier. Would definitely use again.

    I love these Samsung earphones. Top quality and they have always lasted ages. I use them every day. Brand new condition in original packaging. Great value. Just one thing to mention to the seller for future reference, they were packaged in a paper and card 'DO not bend' envelope which was slightly torn when it arrived. Nothing was missing but might benefit from a bit of cellotape reinforcement on the front. Apart from that, it was a fantastic service. Thank you 😊

    Ordered on 5/10/25 and requested for first class service and paid for the postage, unfortunately I I only received today, 15/10/25 which is not acceptable! The worst thing was the package was in someone else’s name to a different address. And the other side was my address?! Should a mistake been made, the seller should contact and apologise which is the step forward to a good professional will, rather than just ignore my message when I sent one after 48 hours later when the good did not arrive!!
