  Excellent service with an incredibly prompt delivery - taking only 4 days to reach Northern Ireland from Japan. Item is just as described and very well packaged. Communication was also good. I do believe there should be more transparency about the Customs Fees on the item description - maybe a rough estimate based on region. The 20% tariff paid on the lens meant that this became substantially more costly than anticipated.

  Shipped fast, replied to all my questions, the lens is just as described in the listing, the most accommodating seller I’ve met on eBay so far. They went above & beyond when no other seller I messaged would & shipped next day with priority shipping for no extra cost. Other sellers wouldn’t even reply back I was willing to pay extra for shipping or straight up told me no. This seller replied immediately & did it without cost, great experience!

  I had sold MY GM5 camera years ago and regretted it. Decided I wanted to re-buy one but had to be super mint! Cool Japan had one, it was listed as mint..and after I received it, it was even better than Mint, AS DESCRIBED, it looks 99.99% new. GREAT communication...got the camera in TWO days .
