  the item arrived in what sure seemed like an unopened box. but despite troubleshooting (through the manual and web searches and the manufacturer)... the steam inhaler didn't function. the seller refunded with no issues at all. there was no way for them to know there was a problem, but they stood behind the sale. that's appreciated.

  Great price for the last bulb I needed for a 5 bulb lamp. Just as advertised and seller shipped quick and made sure light was packed safe. Nice and bright plus with the app can choose to dim it however you want. Really happy I chose to get Philips bulbs for this lamp, use practically the whole line of Hue products and none disappoint. Definitely recommend this seller, by far had the best price for grabbing a single bulb. I'll look to this seller again in the future, a pleasure doing business.

  I wanted to mention that this seller was honest and helpful. The item I got did not seem to fit what the description said. They responded right away and refunded my money with no issues.
